LEED Consultancy for Sustainable Design and Operations
At ERKE Design, we provided consultancy services for the LEED ID+C: Commercial Interiors (v4) certification of the MC Istanbul Expansion Project. Completed at the Gold level in February 2020, the project stands out as a success story that highlights environmental sustainability in modern interior design.

Water Efficiency
The project achieved full points, 12 out of 12, by implementing systems and innovative fixtures designed to minimize water consumption.
Energy Performance
With an optimized energy performance credit, the project earned 19 points. Energy-efficient systems were prioritized to reduce energy consumption and shrink the carbon footprint. Additionally, the project supported sustainable energy sources by incorporating green energy certificates.
Indoor Environmental Quality
Indoor air quality and occupant comfort were key focuses, earning 5 points. Features such as low-emission materials and access to quality views contributed to this achievement.
Transportation and Location
The project earned 16 points by supporting transportation options and environmental connections that align with sustainability goals.
