At ERKE Design, we provided consultancy services for the OPET Fuel Station Foca East project to achieve LEED O+M: Existing Buildings (v4.1) certification. Completed at the Gold level in January 2023, the project serves as a leading example in meeting the sustainability goals of fuel stations.

The project earned 2 out of 4 points in the site management category through strategies such as stormwater management and heat island effect mitigation. These solutions contributed to minimizing environmental impacts.
Water Efficiency

Energy Performance
