• Enhanced Refrigerant Management (2/2): Eco-friendly refrigerant systems were utilized to reduce the carbon footprint.

In the Water Efficiency category, the project achieved 9/10 points through advanced water-saving strategies:

• Water-Efficient Landscaping (4/4): Innovative solutions minimized irrigation water consumption.
• Wastewater Technologies (2/2): Systems were adopted to enable wastewater reuse.
• Reduction of Water Usage (3/4): Efficient fixtures and systems optimized water consumption.
