Modern Saraylar C Block, adopting an eco-friendly approach in Antalya, achieved LEED BD+C: New Construction Certification at the Certified level in 2015. As ERKE, we provided guidance in areas such as energy management, water efficiency, and sustainable material usage, focusing on reducing the building’s environmental impact. With a total of 43 points, this project stands as a notable example of sustainable building design.

1. Strategic Approaches in Energy and Water Management

Modern Saraylar C Block demonstrated innovative energy solutions, earning 10/35 points in the Energy and Atmosphere category:

• Optimization of Energy Performance (5/19): Systems and technologies were employed to reduce energy consumption.
• Use of Renewable Energy (5/7): By integrating renewable energy sources, the project successfully reduced its carbon footprint.

In the Water Efficiency category, the project earned 5/10 points through solutions aimed at minimizing water consumption:

• Reduction of Water Usage (3/4): Efficient fixtures and systems contributed to significant water savings.

2. Sustainable Material Usage and Indoor Environmental Quality

• Construction Waste Management (2/2): The recycling and reuse of construction waste were actively encouraged.

The project also achieved 4/15 points in the Indoor Environmental Quality category, focusing on occupant health and comfort:
