The project stood out in the Sustainable Sites category with 20/26 points, thanks to its infrastructure promoting access to public transportation and the use of low-emission vehicles.
With a perfect score of 10/10, the project excelled in the Water Efficiency category. Water-efficient landscaping and innovative wastewater technologies were key contributors to this success.
The project scored 10/35 points through energy efficiency and measurement applications. Measurement and verification processes ensured effective energy consumption management.
