The Isıdem Factory Building, located in Eskişehir, was designed in line with environmental sustainability goals and awarded LEED BD+C: New Construction Certified Certification in 2015. ERKE provided consultancy services focusing on energy and water efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and sustainable material use, contributing to minimizing environmental impacts. With a total of 44 points, the facility stands as a notable example of an eco-friendly structure.

Sustainability Through Energy and Water Efficiency

The project achieved a perfect score of 10/10 points in the Water Efficiency category, reflecting excellence in water management:

  • Water-Efficient Landscaping (4/4): Innovative technologies were applied to minimize irrigation water consumption.
  • Wastewater Technologies (2/2): Systems enabling wastewater reuse were integrated.
  • Reduction of Water Usage (4/4): Water-efficient fixtures optimized overall water consumption.

In the Energy and Atmosphere category, 6/35 points were earned, demonstrating the effectiveness of energy-saving systems:
