With its environmentally conscious design and innovative practices, the Tepe Prefabricated Factory has earned LEED BD+C: New Construction (v2009) Gold Certification, achieving a total of 60 points. This success was made possible through ERKE’s expert consultancy services. The project stands out for its water efficiency, indoor comfort, and sustainable resource use.
