A Leading Project in Sustainable Office Spaces
At ERKE Design, we provided consultancy services for the DenizBank Headquarters Building under the LEED ID+C: Commercial Interiors (v4) certification system. Completed in December 2015 at the Gold level, this project is a significant example of integrating environmental sustainability with modern office design.

Through innovative water management strategies, the project achieved 10 out of 12 points in the water efficiency category. These measures ensured natural resource conservation and optimized water usage.
Energy Performance:
With optimized energy performance credits, the project scored 22 out of 63 points in the energy and atmosphere category. Energy-saving systems helped reduce the carbon footprint and lower energy costs.
Materials and Resources Management:
