The building’s proximity to public transportation and infrastructure designed for low-emission vehicles played a key role in reducing its carbon footprint. Additionally, strategies to mitigate the heat island effect, such as reflective roofs and stormwater management systems, minimized environmental impacts.
3. Energy Efficiency and Atmosphere Management (13/35 Points):
