At ERKE Design, we provided consultancy services for the Groupama Plaza project under the LEED O+M: Existing Buildings (v2009) certification system. Completed in May 2015 at the Gold level, this project is a remarkable example of successfully achieving sustainability goals in office buildings.

The project earned 17 out of 26 points in the sustainable site category by incorporating alternative transportation solutions to reduce environmental impact. Access to public transportation and eco-friendly commuting options were supported for employees.
Water Efficiency:
Through water performance measurement and indoor water-saving solutions, the project achieved 7 out of 14 points in the water efficiency category. These measures optimized water consumption and reduced operational costs.
Energy Performance:
The project scored 20 out of 35 points in the energy performance category, significantly reducing its carbon footprint with optimized energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions.
