At ERKE Design, we provided consultancy services for the LEED ID+C: Commercial Interiors (v4) certification of the P&G Istanbul Headquarters project. Completed at the Gold level in December 2017, this project stands out as a significant example of prioritizing sustainability and environmental sensitivity in modern office design.

Water Efficiency
The project achieved a perfect score of 12/12 in the water efficiency category by implementing solutions that optimized water consumption. These systems contributed to resource conservation and reduced operational costs.
Energy Performance
With advanced energy measurement and management systems, the project earned 25 out of 63 points in the energy and atmosphere category. Solutions to optimize energy performance significantly reduced the carbon footprint.
Materials and Resource Management
By focusing on recycling and the use of sustainable materials, the project earned 5 out of 13 points in this category. Effective construction waste management and long-term commitments made the project more environmentally friendly.
Indoor Environmental Quality
The project achieved 5 out of 17 points in the indoor environmental quality category by incorporating low-emission materials and solutions to improve indoor air quality. Access to natural light and views further enhanced user comfort.
Transportation and Location
Scoring 15 out of 20 points, the project benefited from its proximity to public transportation and various nearby amenities. These features supported sustainable transportation choices for users.
Innovation and Regional Priority Credits
The project earned 3 out of 6 points in the innovation category and 1 out of 4 points in regional priority credits, demonstrating its innovative solutions and alignment with local sustainability goals.
