With its environmentally friendly design and implementations, Rönesans Mecidiyeköy Office has been awarded LEED BD+C: Core and Shell (v2009) Gold Certification. Achieving a total of 66 points, the project was successfully delivered with ERKE’s expert LEED consultancy. The project focused on energy efficiency, water management, and occupant comfort to achieve its sustainability goals.

The office minimized environmental impacts with its proximity to public transportation, designated parking for low-emission vehicles, and bicycle-friendly infrastructure.
