At ERKE Design, we provided consultancy services for the LEED BD+C: Core and Shell (v2009) certification of the Seba Office Boulevard - A and B Block projects. Successfully completed at the Gold level in February 2018, these projects stand as exemplary models of modern office design with a strong focus on environmental sustainability.

Both projects earned 19 out of 28 points in the sustainable site category through strategies such as alternative transportation options and stormwater management. Features like access to public transportation, bicycle parking, and dedicated parking for low-emission vehicles supported this achievement.

The projects achieved 8 out of 10 points in the water efficiency category by incorporating innovative wastewater technologies and efficient irrigation systems. These solutions not only optimized resource use but also reduced operational costs.
