By maximizing its sustainability goals, Gelal Socks Social Facilities has been awarded the LEED O+M: Existing Buildings (v4.1) Platinum Certification. Through ERKE’s LEED consultancy, strategies were developed to enhance building performance and minimize environmental impacts. The project achieved a remarkable 88 points, marking an outstanding success in sustainability.

By prioritizing employee health and comfort, indoor air quality was optimized, earning a perfect score in this category.
