At ERKE Design, we provided consultancy services for the Seba Office Boulevard - B Block project under the LEED BD+C: Core and Shell (v2009) certification system. Completed in February 2018 at the Gold level, this project stands out as a remarkable example of successfully achieving sustainability goals in modern office spaces.

Sustainable Site Management:
The project earned 19 out of 28 points in the sustainable site category by incorporating features such as access to public transportation, parking spaces for low-emission vehicles, and bicycle parking facilities. These measures enabled eco-friendly transportation options for employees.
Water Efficiency:
With innovative water management solutions and efficient irrigation systems, the project achieved 8 out of 10 points in the water efficiency category, helping conserve natural resources and minimize water consumption.
Energy Performance:
Through energy-efficient design and management systems, the project scored 14 out of 37 points in the energy and atmosphere category, reducing energy consumption and lowering operational costs.
