At ERKE, we successfully managed the LEED BD+C: Core and Shell (v2009) certification process for the Seba Office Boulevard D Block project. The project achieved 63 points, earning a GOLD-level LEED certification, with a focus on reducing environmental impacts and enhancing occupant comfort.
